There are monkeys moving around the power cables of our neighbourhood. Sometimes they come in whole family. This is just a very ordinary shot of a monkey. I just adjust the background so that it becomes white colour. It was taken in the morning during sunrise. That’s why it looks like a golden monkey.

  • Very nice shot. You managed the exposure really well. Usually with that much sky the monkey would be too dark. The white background makes an interesting, almost abstract shot.

  • Rob, I used Spot Metering to measure the light level on the face of the monkey so that I will get correct exposure on the monkey face. Thanks for your comments.
